Born Out Of Personal Struggle

While working on his d2c startup during his graduation from IIT Delhi, our founder experienced that it is difficult for new and small brands to be discovered online. Then he saw there were significant pain points for direct-to-consumer brands, retailers, and customers. Even after spending a large chunk of money on digital marketing, it is tough to retain customers, enhance exposure, and receive repeat sales. Furthermore, even with extensive technical assistance, the online shopping procedure is time-consuming and cumbersome for customers. That's when the founders decided to work on resolving these issues for Yelow's two most crucial stakeholders, the customer and the merchant.
